Mother-Baby Wellness Program
As the weather starts to turn and we move into shorter, chillier days, moms and babies often experience more
social isolation, boredom and mood challenges. In response to this, I’m hosting a very special
mom & baby program to help you make the most of your motherhood.
For 6 weeks we’ll meet to connect and share about the ups and downs of family life, and we’ll spend a good amount of time on simple self-care practices that you can easily integrate into your daily life while mothering.
Also on tap are fun activities for the babies and parenting information that will support you in doing some of the most demanding work of your life. The programming is evidence-based to support maternal health and child development, and it’s choc full of creative, soulful takeaways that will support you and yours in the longterm.

Women experiencing mood challenges are most welcome. As someone who is no stranger to depression and anxiety both personally and professionally, I will facilitate safety, and your sisters will welcome you with respect and kinship.
This program is suitable for babies who will be under 1 year as of the conclusion of the series.
