Tara's Birthing of Anna
Anna was born on December 23, 2009 weighing 10lbs 15 Oz. It was
such an amazing delivery that I want to do it again, just to see if I
can get even better at it! My water broke at 2:30am and Anna arrived
into the world at 8:50 am. The labour was so quick and relaxing that I
don't remember ever feeling any discomfort. My delivery was equally as
impressive! In fact, half way through my doctor looked at me and said
that he'd just realized that I didn't have an epidural in. I can't say
enough good things about HypnoBirthing. When I compare it to my first
delivery where I had an epidural, it makes it that much more impressive.
I had a shorter delivery time, I wasn't sick from the drugs and my
recovery was amazing!
