The HypnoBirthing® method is learned through a series of 5 classes which include instruction, discussion, watching birth videos, and the practice of relaxation and hypnosis:

Week 5
Birthing Time - What's Happening & What To Do
Working with Medical Caregivers
Birth Rehearsal

In addition to class participation, moms and their birthing companions are required to complete homework and practice skills at home.  A textbook,  supplementary handouts and hypnosis CDs are provided.

If you take HypnoBirthing classes you DO NOT need to take any other prenatal class.  Our content exceeds that found in most other classes.

Class Schedule

Classes are offered in both private and group settings.  Group classes are limited to 4 moms who may each be accompanied by 1 or 2 support persons.   Private classes are arranged to mutually accommodate our schedules while maximizing your learning.

You may take a class at any point during your pregnancy.  If your schedule permits, beginning your class near the beginning of your third trimester is ideal.

Group class fee             $275*
Private class fee           $500*

$100 deposit secures your spot.  Balance is due at the beginning of the first class.  Cash, cheque and PayPal accepted.
